The process.

  • Tell us about your vision.

A member of Grande West will set up a meeting to find out more about your project. Things to be discussed:

    • Do you have land or a property in mind for the build?

    • Do you have plans drawn up, want to see our stock plans or create a plan from scratch with our drafter?

    • Do you have a budget in mind? Are you pre approved?

    • Timeframe in mind for the build.

    • Review check list for wants and needs for your future home. Discuss design and finishings.

Once drawings are finalized, we then work with you to finalize the estimate, based on required specs for your home. The contract will be finalized and signed, then the relevant permits will be obtained for construction. The contract will outline the timeframe and completion date of the project.

  • Lets Build.

Let the fun begin! We leverage our comprehensive project management skills along with our quality workmanship, to keep you up to date with all relevant details and finishing schedules. You will be kept up to date with your project’s progress, financials, construction documentation and all communication with trades.

Our in house design team will work hand in hand with you to chose custom finishings for your project. Many on site visits as well as various supplier meetings will be held over the course of the build.

  • Home Sweet Home.

We maintain the highest possible standard of workmanship throughout the build. As we move towards the end of construction, we plan a walk through to address any concerns or deficiencies. Any defects are promptly identified and rectified. A one year follow up is scheduled to address any areas of concern.

  • Maintenance.

Once we have handed over the house our customer focus does not stop there, we are available if any questions or concerns arise. In these conversations we confirm everything is operating as it should and scheduled maintenance is completed accordingly. A Home Owners binder is provided with specific finishing details of your home as well as a warranty guide.
