Born and raised in Grande Prairie, Alberta the Buote brothers developed a passion for building homes through their father Leo who owned and operated a small construction company in the Grande Prairie area for the past 30 years.
Andrew graduated from Union College in June 2011 with a degree in Managerial Economics. He then gained experience as a project manager for a home builder in Calgary, Alberta before deciding to move back home to form Grande West Builders with his brother. Andrew completed the master builders program through the Professional Home Builders Institute.
Justin graduated from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) as a journeyman carpenter in 2004. He worked for 4 Seasons Contractors from 2000-2013 where he honed his carpentry skills. Justin has built and sold several homes in Grande Prairie as side projects before he and Andrew decided to form Grande West Builders in 2013.
Both Andrew & Justin take pride in insuring all of our Grande West homes are delivered on time, on budget and with the highest level of craftmanship. By limiting our projects to under 10 homes a year, we are able to create a more personalized and hands on home building experience for our clients.
